Attract more local customers to your business
Learn how Local Services Ads works
Discover how easy it is to get started in a few simple steps.
What we handle inside your account
Every new client starts with business verification β linking your Google Business Profile, submitting registration documents, and completing every step Google requires before your ads go live. Here's what that looks like inside a real account we manage.

We connect your existing GBP to the LSA account and resolve any name-mismatch rejections before submission.
Business registration, billing setup, business representative check, and identity verification β we manage every document and every deadline.
Business name and contact info are blurred. The setup process shown is real.
What our clients are saying
Real results from real local businesses managed by JBiz Media.
βWe went from 3 calls a week to over 20 in the first month. JBiz Media handled everything β verification, optimization, lead quality. Best investment weβve made.β
βOur cost per lead dropped by 40% after JBiz took over our LSA management. Weβre now booking 15+ new patients every month through Google alone.β
βI tried setting up LSA myself and got nowhere. JBiz got us verified and live quickly. We generated $14,000 in new revenue in the first 6 weeks.β
Stay in control of your spending

Frequently asked questions
Standard Google Ads are customizable, pay-per-click text ads open to any business. In contrast, Local Services Ads are pay-per-lead listings for verified local service providers, which appear at the top of the page and feature a Google Verified badge. JBiz Media can help you decide which option is best and manage both campaign types.
Google Local Services Ads help connect your local business with local customers who search for services you offer on Google. You can receive leads, like calls and messages, directly from potential customers. JBiz Media handles the entire setup, verification, and ongoing optimization so you can focus on your business.
Two things block applications before paperwork is relevant. You need a public, verified Google Business Profile linked to your Local Services account β without one you cannot advertise at all. And screening requirements vary by category and location, with a number of categories carrying a minimum customer review count, so a business with almost no reviews can be blocked regardless of how clean its licence and insurance are. We check both for free before you commit to anything.
Not the way you used to. Google removed manual lead disputes in mid-2024. An automated model now reviews charged leads within about 72 hours and credits what it judges invalid β spam, bot calls, wrong numbers, duplicates β with the credit appearing inside 30 days. Nobody files anything. Credits for calls outside your service area and for services you do not offer were discontinued, and there is no manual appeal. Automated credits are also not offered at all for health care verticals, tax specialists, or advertisers in EMEA. Any agency still selling weekly manual disputes is selling something that no longer exists.
By preventing the charge instead of chasing it. Your service radius and job-type settings are now the primary cost lever, because a call from outside the radius is billed at full rate with no route back. We map the radius to where you would genuinely send someone at short notice, prune job types to work you actually accept, and rate every lead weekly with a specific reason β which is both the only remaining trigger for a credit review and how the automated model learns what a good lead looks like for you.
Eligible businesses sit within the categories of home, business, health, learning, care, wellness, beauty and automotive. Availability is category and location specific β several categories run only in certain regions, and a few only in named metros. Scroll up to the service selector above for the list, or contact JBiz Media and we will confirm your exact eligibility for free.
There are two separate costs. Your ad budget goes directly to Google and stays under your control β you set it based on how many leads you want and can pause it anytime. Our management fee starts at $999 per month, flat, with no long-term contract, and we never charge a percentage of your ad spend. Estimate your ad budget with the calculator above, or call (347) 735-5027.
We submit your licence, insurance and business registration within 48 hours. After that the timeline belongs to Google: third-party background checks run on the business, the owner and every employee or subcontractor who enters a customer premises. Google puts the average for screening at three to four weeks from the point documents are in, and no agency can compress that. Where your category supports it, pre-badge ads let you start receiving leads while the remaining checks complete.
Google announced in July 2026 that the standalone Local Services dashboard is being retired. From August 2026 campaigns are migrated into a specialised Performance Max campaign type with pay-per-lead goals, starting with selected US home and storefront categories, widening through late 2026, and reaching non-US accounts and remaining categories in 2027. There is no opt-out. Your pay-per-lead billing, Search and Maps placement, Verified badge and lead history all carry over, and no licence or insurance re-verification is required. Your historical performance reporting does not carry over, so it has to be exported first. Manual maximum cost-per-lead bidding is deprecated in favour of a campaign-level target CPA, and weekly budgets become daily ones. Google gives 14 days of email notice before your migration date.
No, and it is the most common misreading of the announcement. The migrated campaigns carry the Performance Max name but are a specialised pay-per-lead type that keeps serving exclusively on Google Search and Google Maps, in the same positions as before. They do not expand onto YouTube, Gmail, Display or Discover the way a standard Performance Max campaign does.
You can absolutely set it up yourself. What we add is the ongoing work most owners do not have time for: matching documents so verification passes first time, managing the field-worker roster, keeping the radius and job types tight enough that you stop paying for calls you can no longer claim back, rating every lead so the automated model learns, managing budget and target cost-per-lead against booked-job value, and keeping licence and insurance renewals ahead of expiry so the badge never drops. Call (347) 735-5027 to talk it through.
