Google Shopping Restructure: ROAS 1.9x to 4.3x on the Same $10k Budget
Anuts.com, a US bulk nuts, popcorn and snacks retailer established in 1949, handed its Google Shopping campaigns to JBiz Media. Within the same $10,000 monthly ad budget, return on ad spend rose from 1.9x to 4.3x and monthly ad-driven revenue grew from $19,000 to $43,000 โ an additional $24,000 a month at unchanged spend.

The Challenge
Anuts.com runs a large, varied catalog on WooCommerce โ bulk nuts, gourmet popcorn, trail mix, seeds and dried fruit, sold to retail buyers, wholesale accounts and distinct niche segments including feed for parrots and squirrels. Google Shopping performance was constrained on two fronts at once. The product feed was only partially approved, so a meaningful share of the catalog could not compete at all. And the spend that did reach the market was returning 1.9x, which on grocery-category margins leaves very little once cost of goods and fulfillment are counted.
What We Did
The catalog was the constraint, not the budget. Once the whole feed was eligible to serve and campaigns were structured by margin rather than volume, the same $10,000 did more than twice the work.
